My name is Alana Winnert and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working from a trauma-informed lens. I’m trained in a variety of therapeutic styles and have been practicing clinical social work for seven years. I aim to provide my clients a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, inclusive and confidential setting.

    This immersive 5-day training focused on learning nature-based interventions to be incorporated into the outpatient mental health setting in a safe, effective and unique way.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

    EMDR is an evidence-based integrative psychotherapy intervention that helps with reprocessing and healing trauma, PTSD symptoms, and persistent negative beliefs about the self.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Nature-Based Parts Work Training

    This immersive 5-day training focused on building a solid understanding of the innate function of our inner parts and a roadmap for identifying these parts, as well as inspiration for doing this work in the natural world.

  • Multisystemic Therapy Intensive Training

    MST is an intensive family and community based treatment program that addresses all environments that impact high-risk youth, including the youths home, family, school, teachers, coaches, neighborhood and friends.

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

    TF-CBT is an evidence-based treatment that helps children, adolescents and their parents overcome the negative effects of trauma.

  • Integrated Mental Health Addictions Treatment

    This certificate enables providers to treat and implement evidence-based treatment for people with co-occuring mental health and substance use disorders, including tobacco dependence.
